  • All attendees must obtain 3 new direct signed recruits by December 15th.

  • Married reps must recruit an additional 3 signed recruits (6 total) by December 15th for their spouse to be included on this trip at no extra cost.

  • Married reps who do not recruit an additional 3 signed recruits will earn $500 per additional signed recruit towards their spouse joining the trip ($1,000 max).

HOW DO I QUALIFY?

I T I N E R A R Y

Take a glance at the many activities and opportunities lined up for our week in Rome.

  • Noon - 4:00 PM

  • This is a day dedicated to your team. Together you may do what you would like, build your bond, and explore the city of Rome.

  • In the morning, we will have the opportunity to have an exclusive tour of the world renowned Colosseum.

    Afterwards, the day is yours!

PACKING LIST

Whether this is your first time out of the country or you’re a seasoned traveler, we want to make sure all guests have a positive experience and come prepared. In addition to personal necessities you’ll need for this trip, we recommend you also pack the following:

  • US passport

  • Money for excursions and souvenirs

  • Rain Jacket

  • Warm Layers

  • Gloves

  • Umbrella

  • Crossbody Bag or Fanny Pack

  • Comfortable Shoes for Walking

  • Electronic chargers (Italian electrical adapters needed)

IMPORTANCE OF A DAY BAG

The day we depart, guests could be separated from their luggage for most of the day. Please bring a day bag with you that contains any important items and documents, such as your ID, passport, phone, charger, wallet, medication, etc.

WEATHER CHECK

Whether in Italia, and across Europe, can change quickly. We recommend checking the weather before your departure and packing accordingly. This ensures so you can be comfortable and enjoy this opportunity to its fullest extent.

PASSPORT ADVISORY

Before we depart to Rome, check your passport. Your passport must be valid at least 6 months beyond our travel time to be considered current to be allowed entry into the country. Please make sure everything is in order in these regards before our travel date.

The ROMA Pass

The ROMA Pass is a tourist card offered by the city of Rome that gives visitors discounted and skip-the-line access to museums, archaeological sites, and public transport. We will purchase this card for you prior to the trip, no need to purchase yourself.

Outside of what the ROMA Pass covers, you will be responsible for extra expenses.

ROMA Pass Perks

  • Public Transportation: In Europe, our main mode of transportation will be public transportation. The ROMA Pass gives you unlimited access to the public transportation network (buses, trams, metro, and local urban trains) for the duration of your pass. Note that this pass only applies to transportation within the city limits.

  • Museums & Archaeological Sites: Rome is home to various world renowned sites, including The Coliseum that we will be touring. The ROMA Pass gives you exclusive access to these sites along with skip-the-line benefits.

Long-Term Parking is $12.00 Per Day

  • Full payment due upon exiting the parking garage.

  • Handicap Parking available with proof of valid permit.
